I’m Dean Cox, the owner and solo operator of Cox Turf Solutions. As a lifelong Northwest Arkansas local, I’m proud to serve the community I call home. As a husband and father of two, this business isn’t just my job—it’s how I provide for my family and pursue a passion I’ve turned into a career.

My background combines hands-on experience with formal education. I earned my degree in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas, where I studied weed science and turf management. I also spent five years as a Sports Turf Maintenance Technician for the University of Arkansas, helping maintain some of the state’s most recognizable athletic facilities, including Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, Baum-Walker Stadium, and the Razorback Soccer Field. That experience taught me the attention to detail and high standards required to keep championship-quality turf performing and looking its best.

As the owner and solo operator, you’ll work directly with me every step of the way. I personally inspect, treat, and monitor every lawn because I believe every customer deserves consistent, professional service—not a different technician at every visit.
